Designed For Seaside – 15-year guarantee
This guarantee guarantees the quality and service life of our outdoor lights. It applies to all outdoor lights that have our “15-year guarantee” label on the packaging.
The guarantee applies to the following materials:
- Galvanised steel
- Copper
- Corten steel
- Brass
The guarantee covers:
- Significant deterioration of a light’s surface over time.
- Extensive corrosion in the form of holes in the metal caused by rust.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Colour fading caused by sun bleaching.
- Problems that are not related to the surface, but to, for example, IP class, moisture, other parts of the light made of materials not mentioned above, components such as sensor, LED module, terminal, plastic wall bracket, etc.
- Parts or components damaged due to wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance beyond the instructions, abuse, neglect or other mistreatment of a light.
- Modification, repair or manipulation of a light by unauthorised persons.
- Any defects resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, accidents or vandalism.
