Nordlux offers a 15-year guarantee on all outdoor lamps in galvanized steel, copper and brass. This guarantee applies to extensive corrosion in the form of holes in the metal caused by rust. The guarantee is subject to presentation of receipt. There is no guarantee on components which have been affected by wear and tear or mistreatment of the lights.
Nordlux offers a 5-year guarantee on integrated LED lamps.
Complaints must be submitted via your dealer and you must present a receipt when filing your complaint.
