Finding the right warmth and atmosphere to compliment the Latino-Amercian kitchen, was an important ingredient in Römer, Aarhus' new concept. To create this coherent universe, Bønnelycke MDD was chosen to find the right balance between light and shadows, in order to create a relaxed atmosphere embossed with spicy tones.
